Hi,
I am creating a survey where I collect answers from a series of single-choice separate option questions.
What I want to do is take the responses to each of the option selections, and re-present them to the survey-taker at the end for them to then rank their selection in order of importance.
I was thinking of using the Orderable List widget, however it looks like there is no way I can pass the options from the individual selections into the Orderable List widget using conditional logic.
Each option question addresses a specific niche. Once all the niches selections are gathered, then I'd like people to rank their chosen answers in order of importance.
Is there another way, or another widget, I can use to achieve the same result?
Many thanks
Peter

Hi ResonanNetworks,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Sorry, but I can't seem to fully understand what the end result should be. I understand you want to pass the options selected from the individual selections going to the Orderable List widget. I'm confused because you did mention on the title of this thread that you want to rank options of previously selected answers within the same form, do you mean to consider the other respondent's answers as well?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to check and see if this is feasible.

Thanks for getting back to me.
The form is used by a single person at a time. The ability to prioritise their answers looks like this
Example:
Question 1 answer is > Purple
Q2 Answer is> Green
Q3 Answer is> Red... etc
I want to present the final question like:
Intstructions : Please re-arrange your answers into your preferred order
(Answers in question order)
Purple
Green
Red(Answers after being ranked by respondent)
Green
Purple
RedHope that helps
Peter

Here's a simple example of what I want to accomplish:

Doesn't have to use Orderable Lists

Hi Peter,
Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, it's not possible to dynamically populate a field's option yet. As a workaround to that, we can create dropdown fields for each options you have, and use a numbered options for them like so:
Next, we can create conditions that shows them conditionally. Let me show you how to do that:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings and Conditions.
- Then create similar conditions below:
Feel free to test this cloned demo form or clone it to your account to check it further.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
- In Form Builder, click on Settings and Conditions.
