    Olá Minha conta é BRONZE e tenho muito espaço disponível de Upload, porem ao carregar arquivo no formulário esta aparecendo a mensagem:

    DEVIDO à insuficiência de memória, não foi possível concluir a operação anterior.

    Hello, My account is BRONZE and I have a lot of available Upload space, but when uploading a file to the form the message appears:

    DUE to insufficient memory, it was not possible to complete the previous operation.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, when I tested your form both on desktop and mobile, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshots below to see my results:

    I've cleared your account's form cache. Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? You can also try uploading a file to the File Upload field on your form after you clear your web browser's cache or on another browser or device. If you run into the same issue again, let us know. You can also use free software like LoomVidyard, or Screenrec to record what is happening and share the link to the saved video that will help us to better understand what’s going on.

    Also, is your form embedded on your website? Can you tell us the link to the page on your website where we can find your form? After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
