    I need immediate support my pay pal acct was charged for a silver upgrade as well as for our monthly bronze subscription  however the change to the acct has not been made and my form has been disabled due to overage of payment submissions and it is interrupting my customers ability to pay  its causing me to loose money and customers. My phone has been ringing off the hook with complaints. Please Advise as I need it FIXED IMMEDIATELY!

    I checked your account and I see that you have 2 active subscriptions. Please cancel the Bronze Subscription on your PayPal account by following: https://www.jotform.com/help/336-How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription

    After that, please contact us again so we can check it further.
