Hi Elvin,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can download all the submissions with images into a single PDF document. Let me show you how to set up that:
- In Form Builder, select Form Builder from the top-left corner of your screen.
- From the menu that appears, click on Tables.
Now, let's Download the Entries as PDF:
- In Tables, select Download All from the top-right corner of your screen.
- From the menu that appears, choose Download as PDF.
When the document is ready, a ZIP document with all the answers in one PDF document, not multiple PDF documents, will be sent to your email address. Check out the screenshot below to see the email:
Once you download the document, you can see all the answers including the images uploaded.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Thanks for your response—
I was looking for something that operates along these lines—
All pics are loaded in the form and sent as a PDF so it comes over without my having to touch the form—everything is done on the back end.
Take a look at how this form is formatted and let me know if I can do the same for the the photo form I created. Thanks

Hi Elvin,
Thanks for getting back to us. You can use the Take Photo widget to allow your form users to take a picture, which are automatically added to the PDF Document. Here's how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, on the left side of the screen, click on Add Form Element.
2. On the left panel, go to Widgets.
3. Search for Take Photo.
4. Click/Drag to add into the form.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

I had that originally but it only allows ONE pic—not multiple and it does not seem to place in PDF. Is this possible? Because it works in the other form (link) I sent to you before. Hope you can assist.,
Elvin

Hi Elvin,
Thanks for getting back to us. You can set up a PDF document for your form that can be attached to your form email notifications. Let me show you how to set that up:
- On your My Forms, click on the Form Builder dropdown at the top of the page, and in the menu, click on PDF Editor to open the PDF Editor page.
- Now, on the PDF Editor page, click on the +New PDF button and then select New PDF Document. The New Document will include all the fields in your form by default, including the File Upload field.
- Next, click on the PDF Editor dropdown at the top of the page, and in the menu, click on Form Builder to go back to the Form Builder Page.
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Hover your mouse over the Notification Email element and click on the Pencil icon.
- Go to the Advanced tab and toggle the Attach PDF setting to the On position.
- Check the box on the left of the PDF document we created on the PDF Editor page.
- Click on Save and that's it.
Check out the screencast below to see the result:
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
