Jotform Mobile App is Not Working

    Having the same issue here for the past couple days now on multiple devices. Can’t access my forms and client info that I need for work.

    Hi Rhi,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We recently encountered an issue with iOS devices that were having issues from opening the Jotform App, but our Developers have already released a new update to address this issue. Are you also using an iOS device? Please update the app to the newest version or delete and reinstall it. If the issue persists, could you send us a screenshot of one of your devices' screens when they open the app and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
