Not sure if you can help me right now but I’m at a show and I’m trying to use this form however it keeps asking everyone who enters it if they’re human. Is there any way to get this turned off when you’re using it in kiosk mode?

    Hi laura_laura381,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m really sorry that this is happening. I can help you with the solution. Please note that if a captcha appears, it means our anti-spam system has been activated, likely due to detecting potential spam activity. The captcha helps reduce spam submissions, typically appearing when the system notices multiple submissions from a specific IP address in a short time.

We can whitelist your account to remove the captcha, but this feature is available only to our paid plan users. If you’re considering upgrading your account, take a look at our pricing page for detailed information about our plans and features. This will help you compare options and choose the one that best suits your needs.

In the meantime, you have a few options to avoid the captcha on your form:

    • Wait for a brief period (10-20 minutes), as the captcha is usually a temporary measure. Waiting a short time before trying to submit the form again should resolve the issue.
    • You can also refresh your connection, which may result in a different IP address and potentially bypass the captcha trigger.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

I think you'll need to access the form settings. Look for the Captcha field or any anti-spam measures within the form builder interface. Depending on the platform you're using, there should be an option to disable Captcha or other validation methods.

And once disabled save the changes and the form should no longer prompt users to verify their humanity.
