How to show text element in e-mail and PDF?

Hello I would like to know how I make the TEXT form element to be included in the fields of the sent emails and the sent PDF.

You may enable the option 'Show headers and text' in the submissions view settings in order to display the Headers and text in the PDF report. Please refer to the guide below for step by step instructions.

In order to display the text content in the email, it is required to copy the content manually to the body of the email.
