Preview displaying wrong title

Hi there,

i am using jotform to create weekly availability forms for referees working in our basketball competition. I post the weekly link on our facebook page. The issue is the link displays the wrong title (with wrong date). I assume this is because i am copying the previous week form to create a new one. How can i stop this from occuring?
