compilazione modulo e download

Buongiorno per il mio sito web fatto con webeditor di one.com avrei bisogno di un plug-in o di qualsiasi altro metodo per avere la possibilità di compilare un modulo/form da parte del cliente/visitatore e il successivo download del file.

Esiste?

I understand that you want to allow your visitors to fill the form on the web page and then provide the access to download a file. Is that correct? If so, you may create a form using JotForm with the required fields and receive responses from them. You may add an auto-responder to the form so that you may add the file as an attachment to the email. 

You may also add a link the file in the Thank you page which will be displayed after submitting the form.
