Since your subscription is paid for via PayPal, the subscription would first need to be cancelled before we can change your username. PayPal is our only payment provider that doesn't allow for updating the username associated with the subscription. If you would like to proceed, once the subscription is cancelled, let us know a few choices for your new username and we can make the change.
