Is the available upload space reduced if I delete submissions with uploaded files?

Good morning!

I am wanting to upgrade to a SILVER account.  I wanted to ask something about the 100GB available space -- is this renewable even after I delete old submissions?  Or is this cumulative, regardless of whether the submissions are deleted?

Yes, if you delete the submissions associated to a file then the upload space will be reduced, this guide will help you deleting your submissions: https://www.jotform.com/help/377-How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data 

Also, note that the upload space is not reset automatically monthly nor yearly, it only reduces when deleting the submissions as explained above.
