My embedded form's conditional questions are loading very slowly

How do I fix this? It's taking several seconds for each question to load once the conditional answer has been selected.

I see that your form has 143 conditions, most of which are UPDATE/CALCULATE FIELD conditions. These conditions take time to process and slow down the functioning of the website a bit. 

To make the form load faster, I would suggest setting up your form in a way that there are fewer conditions and fields to calculate. 

Make use of this guide to add values to your form that assign a calculation value hence reducing the calculation conditions required:

By assigning calculation values to dropdowns, select boxes and radio buttons, every time they are selected, the value is the calculation and they can be totalled in one field using a single condition.
