    Our page is already setup to include the Thank You page with the check mark, it however is not working on our form for whatever reason and several have questioned whether their form went through.   I followed the instructions you sent over and everything looks to be turned on.   This is no big deal but I was trying to figure out why those who submitted the form didn't know if the form had gone through.

    I made two submissions to your form in order to reproduce the issue and notice that the your form is actually saving the submissions, however the problem lies on the "Thank You" page.

    As you noticed, the "Thank You" page is not being completely shown. In order to fix this, go to the "Settings" tab and proceed to the "Thank You" page in your form. Try to switch the option to "Redirect to External Link" and go back to "Show Thank You Page", then your Thank you Page will be reseted. If this doesn't fix the problem, then replace the standar Check Mark Sign of your form by other image, as you can see in the screenshot below:
