How do we upgrade the account to Bronze account using PO?

Dear Support,

We are currently using the free version of the jotform that is available in the site . We would like to upgrade to the Bronze (1 year ). We are currently located in United Arab Emirates .

Please find the details of our office address :-

Building 27 , Block A , IT Department, Dubai Health Care City, Oud Metha , Dubai , UAE
