Notification is not sent when submission is recieved

    There's a problem with my email form. Notification not sent when submit today. Last I can use 20/05/2024.

    Hi admin_chaba,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I checked the email address used as recipient in the notification email, and it is not in our bounce list. And after checking your email logs, I did not find any issues. You can also check out your form's email history to confirm emails are sent or not. Here’s how to do it:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar and then click on Settings.

    2. On the left side of the page, click on History.

    3. In the All Actions dropdown menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Emails.

    You can try to delete the current notification email and add a new one. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

    3. On the right side of the Notification field, click on the Trash Can icon, and delete the existing Notification Email.

    Now that we've removed the old Notification Email, we'll just add a new one. Let's do it: 

    1. While you're still under the Emails tab on the left side of the page in Form Builder, click on Add Email.

    2. Next, select Notification Email.

    3. Click on the Recipients tab and enter your email address in the Recipient Email field.

    4. Now, just click on Save and you're done.

    Now, you'll get a Notification Email every time a user fills out your form.

    If you still don't receive emails, I recommend checking your spam/junk folder. Receiving many emails can cause this issue. Adding noreply@jotform.com to your mailbox's contact list will prevent it from blocking emails from Jotform. Another way is to Whitelist Jotform domains and IPs in your web/email host to ensure that all the emails sent to you will be received successfully.

    Dear Sir,

    thank you for the advice


    I checked and found that the email was sent normally. The time between submission and email receipt was 1 hour longer than usual at that time. Thank you.
