Thank you page: Ability to add YouTube video in Thank You page

I'm looking for a way to embedd a youtube video in the Thank You page of my form...

I already read this discussion https://eu.jotform.com/answers/1074813-How-to-insert-Youtube-video-into-Thank-you-page but it does not seem to work for me...

Can you please help me?

Click on the source code link on the thank you page and then paste the youtube code into the code section. 

I inspected your form here: https://www.jotform.com/81773515473361 and can't seem to find the youtube embed code posted. Please post the code and share the form ID if it's not the correct one.

A workaround is to redirect to a custom thank you page and then embedding the youtube code there.

That is the wrong form... Now i created a test form (thx page yt video)...

Anyway I did exactly as you kindly told me but it does not work...

I go to the THANK YOU PAGE... Then I click on <>... Then I cancel everyting and paste this code:

<iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/VPYmlgrPKuU" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; encrypted-media" allowfullscreen></iframe>

It shows only a blank page... 😩

Worse than that is that when I leave the Thank You page setting, it goes back to the original... Like if I did not write anything...

Any idea? Can you please run some test?

I have tried adding the YouTube code too and it is not working. I apologize, I did not provide the right solution to the issue.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add the code this way, it keeps getting deleted by the code editor. If you would like I can forward it as a feature request to our developer team.

Yes, this is the wai I'm doing right now but I'dd like to keep the people in the form while viewing the video...

It was earlier supported to add Iframe script to the Thank you page. But with the new version, it seems that there is some restriction. Let me forward the thread to our backend team for evaluation. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any ETA at this moment for the implementation. However, if there is any update in this regard we'll post it here.
