I've been asked to add another question to my already lengthy request form. In the past when I did this, It messed up the entire work flow and the emails associated with the work flow did not include the new question.
Is there a way to add a question without having to edit ALL of my work flow?

Hi CarrollwoodDaySchool,
Thanks for patiently waiting. I understand that you want to add a new question field without editing your workflow. If you add a new question field to your form it will automatically be added to the Email element in your workflow but, if you're using a customized Email you will need to manually add the new field to the Email Content.
Let me show you how to add a new question field to your form.
- In Form Builder, click the +Add Form Element.
- Under the Basic tab, scroll and select the Single Choice element then Drag and Drop it to your form.
- Rename the field and add the options.
- Go to the Advance tab and look for the Unique Name and Field ID of the field.
After that go to your Approval Flow and check if the new field is automatically added to your workflow.
- In the Approvals, click any of the Email elements.
- Under Email Content find the Unique Name and Field ID of the added new field.
Screenshot of the new field added in the Email element.
You can check out my cloned form here.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
