Can I use an email in the form as email recipient?

Can you help,  i want send a email notification but can i use an email in the from?

Unfortunately, I can't understand your question in full. But, it seems that you want to send emails to form respondent. We do have an Autoresponder feature for that.

I do want to send autoresponder but only when a specific field is filled.

We do have an option for that too. You can send emails based on user's answer, this can be applied to Autoresponder email as well. Please check the following guide: How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer
