The calculated data must be done through Jotform and will be integrated to your Google Spreadsheet https://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Forms-with-Google-Sheets.

If you make any modification to your form or the spreadsheet, it might break the integration and won't update your data on your sheet. 

You can use the form calculation widget to perform calculation https://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-Perform-Form-Calculation-Using-a-Widget and those calculation value should be passed on to your google sheet.
