How do I look at form submission history?

I have an employee who insists on deleting submissions after she's done with them. I believe there is a way to see them even after they've been deleted from the form submissions list. Is this true? If so, how do I do it? Thanks. 

It is not possible to restore a deleted submission. Once you confirmed the deletion from the Submissions page, it will be removed from our servers.

However, you can review your Inbox for the email notifications that were sent after your users completed the form.
