Jotform crashing often

Hello,

We have been having some issues with the form crashing and or losing data and my reps have to redo the form. Ive attached one in particular that happened today. 

Also is there a smoother solution that is available for the amount of data and fields that i have on my form?

The error in your screenshot means that there's a required field that needs to be filled. May I know if your form is embedded to a website or you are using the direct Jotform link? Also, please share to us the form URL so we can further check.
