Auto populate data in the specific field..

Hello,

I want that if I put some specific number in unique data filed,on basis of that name filed should display automatically,

basically we are the college and we have some unique id for students for feedback we want when students enters her id name should automatically display. 

Can you help me out

Another way is to use conditional logic. However, it is not possible to populate the Full Name field. It is only possible to populate fields, like Short Text Entry or Long text Entry.
