How to embed a form in a webpage?

    I have just corrected a typo on my on line form. after publishing, I am not getting the form I created and not sure what to do about linking it to my site. After correcting and publing the form, it did not show up on the site. so went back and thought it might be a new link. copied that and now I have no form, just an ad for jot form. Please help.

    I have checked the link you have sent and I have noticed that you just pasted the form URL which will not work.

    So, you can fix the problem by going to the "Publish" tab in your Form Builder and select the "EMBED" option then click the  "Copy Code" button.
