after my contract agreement there are a number of error occurred notifications on my form. on the very top by the countdown widget and also a few at the the very bottom of the form. can you please remove. this happened before and its on your back end

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you but I am not sure if I have understood the issue you are having.

As you requested, I deleted all the fields that came after the Installment Agreement, and the Day Countdown widget as you can see in the image below:
In order to delete multiple fields simply hold the SHIFT key and select the fields, then press "Delete".

Can you please have it permanently removed. This is detering people from my
business.
Also, last year I had two emails my forms can go to, now it’s only one.
What’s the reason I no longer have that option?

I have gone ahead and deleted the form fields after the agreement text.
Please check and get back to us if you want any other changes. Please ensure that you have not opened your form in editor.
