There are number of errors in my form.

after my contract agreement there are a number of error occurred notifications on my form. on the very top by the countdown widget and also a few at the the very bottom of the form. can you please remove. this happened before and its on your back end

Everything that comes after the installment agreement needs to be removed
and I don’t have an option to do so

As you requested, I deleted all the fields that came after the Installment Agreement, and the Day Countdown widget as you can see in the image below:

In order to delete multiple fields simply hold the SHIFT key and select the fields, then press "Delete".

The problem has returned. There is still in formation after the agreement.
Can you please have it permanently removed. This is detering people from my

Also, last year I had two emails my forms can go to, now it’s only one.
What’s the reason I no longer have that option?
