Cannot upgrade to higher plan

    Hi There,

    I've tried three different credit cards to upgrade to a paid monthly plan, but for some reason none of them will process and approve (even though they have more than sufficient limit space).

    Can you assist?

    Have your tried upgrading your subscription on a different web browser?

    Make sure you're logged in to your account when you upgrade your subscription in the billing section .

    I tried with three different cards, all of which should have processed.
    It finally went through with my personal AMEX card.
    I'll try to change the card later and see what happens when the next charge
    is made.

    Right. That is what I intended to communicate when I wrote "It finally
    went through with my personal AMEX card."
    However, I DO NOT want to keep paying the monthly charge with my AMEX, so I
    will continue to try to replace the card info with the school visa card.

    Our bank has checked the transaction register for our account, and says
    that the only thing showing up from JOTFORMS is Zero dollars at the
    bank.... they see the transaction from JOTFORMS as $0 not $10....
    No holds, no bars, plenty of money -- should be working
    PLease advise as to how we can resolve this.

    I have checked with your account and on stripe we can see a transaction for $9.50 non profit Bronze monthly subscription with an invoice #20182010413.

    I'm not sure why you're seeing $0,can you please check the invoice number if it is the same in your account?
