I created a spreadsheet so people could calculate the price that they will owe for enrolling multiple children in our program, but I don't know if I can upload it. It is quite an extensive spreadsheet.

There are multiple ways to do this in JotForm as follows:
1. Calculate values in the Input Table Through Condition
Here you can create an input table and allow the user to add values to the table. When you input values in the table, other values can be calculated using the input. e.g. input 2 children, update price field to $20.
2. Perform Calculation in Matrix Field
This option uses a matrix that allows you to perform a calculation as a user selects options in the matrix field widget. It is similar to the first option but in this case, you can use select options.
3. Form Calculation Using Conditional Logic
With this last method, you can make use of other form fields such as select boxes and drop-down selects and perform calculations in the background for the pricing based on the options the user selects.
Using one of these options, you can add the calculation and formulas from your table to your form.
