Title in preview is incorrect

Hi!  I copied a form to use as a base for a new one, and now it shows that title in the preview when I share the link.  The form I'm trying to send a link as is the Soccer Fundraiser one, but it shows Cards for Kim, my original form that I copied, as the title.

I have checked your form. I could see your form's title as "Soccer Fundraiser" in the preview too.
