Hello, I was wondering if there is  a way to add this excel table to one form or to use one that I already create from google sheet. Thanks1532135936Screenshot 2018 07 20 20 Screenshot 10

If you don't mind me asking, is that for view purpose only? Or you wan't submission to be injected into your excel sheet?

If for view purpose only, you can add an external link where your users can view / download the excel file.

If you want Jotform to insert data in your spreadsheet, unfortunately, that is not possible. You can use the data in your sheet to automatically fill the field, but not the other way around. Please check this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/442-How-to-Use-the-Spreadsheet-to-Form-Widget.

Another thing is you could use the Spreadsheet widget to achieve similar effect, or alternatively use our Iframe Embed widget to show Google Spreadsheet right on your form.
