Forms Automatically Forwarding?

    Hi,

    I have my e-mail and another co-worker's e-mail attached as an automatic responder on one of our forms. For example, when a customer fills out this form - a copy of their responses are sent to her and my e-mails.


    She's been receiving another e-mail from my e-mail address of the same content but it looks like it is being sent FROM me. I don't know how the autoresponder is able to spoof my e-mail, but this seems odd.

    Could you please provide us with the form Id or the form URL for which you are facing this issue so that we can investigate the issue better.

    Could you please re-check the email recipients for your email Notification and Autoresponders that is configured in your form.

    To setup Autoresponder :

    Sender Name: Your name/ Company name.

    Reply-to-Email: Your email address.

    Recipient email: Email field of your form.

    To setup Notification :

    Recipients:

    Sender Name: Name of your form field.

    Reply-to-Email: Email field of your form.

    Recipient email: Whom you want to get the response data.
