How to download all uploads?

Hi,

I've received notice we've reached our upload limit.  I've logged into our account with the intention of deleting the current submissions but I like to "Download All Uploads" before I do so as a precaution.  I've tried more than five times but the email never comes through.  I even changed my email address to see if I could send the emails somewhere else and it didn't work.  I received an email to confirm my change...but no emails with the file containing all the form uploads.   

Please advise...Our forms are going to be disabled shortly and I'd like to have this resolved ASAP.

Sometimes due to the large size of the uploads, it is better to download them in parts. This will send the download links much faster and allow you to download all the files.

Go to the section titled: To partially download your file uploads based on submission dates

You will be able to download the submissions by selecting specific time periods.
