How can I get the value from freshdesk

Hi ,

I embedded a form on my freshdesk account and I wanted to get a value from it to autofill my form. Can you help.

The form can only be auto-filled/ pre-populated with our pre-populate app, URL Parameters or with the Spreadsheet to Form widget.
