Is form count limit reset monthly?

The free 100 form is that per month, year, or a one time offer

Form count limit is about the number of forms you can create on your account. This limit isn't reset monthly or yearly. 

You will have 5 forms in Starter plan, 25 forms in Bronze plan, 100 forms in Silver plan. However, Gold plan offers unlimited forms. You can check our pricing page for more information: www.jotform.com/pricing

Hi Nelson, once you exceed your account limits (e.g: exceed the 100 submissions per month), all your forms will be temporarily disabled until the first day of the next month, when your account limits reset. Instead of viewing your forms, the message below will be shown instead:

You won't lose any data that was already submitted to your forms, as well as the form themselves, they'll be simply disabled until the first day of the following month. The guide below may help you learn more about your account limits:
