How to create a multi option payment form?

Hi, I have a form create for families to submit tshirt orders for my school. Families have options to pay with paypal or send in a check to school. I have tried to create conditions for when they select a certain payment, but it doesn't matter what they select, it still sends them to the paypal website. How do I get it to just submit the order without it having to go to the paypal page if they want to pay the school directly? Thanks!

Thank you, that was a lot more work than I wanted it to be, but I believe I have it set up correctly now. The only issue I'm having now is when I'm testing it and selecting my products and submitting my order, it isn't taking the requirements of the original form into consideration when it submits. Its just submitting within my iframe and not requiring the other info like name and contact info to be typed in.

Sorry but that's not how it works. When you submit the payment form, only the payment info will be submitted since the name, email and other info are separated from another form.
