Unique Submission: Sorry! Only one entry is allowed. Multiple submissions are disabled for this

i have this problem for several days, i can't registion the form on this website

The form is currently configured to receive unique submissions based on the IP and cookies checks.

To allow multiple submissions, go to:

Settings > Form Settings > Show More Options > Unique Submission > Switch it from 'Check cookies and IP' to 'No Check'
