Sorry! Only one entry is allowed.

    When someone submits my form, this following screenshot shows up (and the user still receives a confirmation email). The thank you page does not come up. I have it set so a person can only submit a form once (based on their email address, I believe), but no one has submitted anything before, so I'm not sure why it's happening. Must be something I did with my settings?

    Hello,

    Your forms are set up to allow only 1 entry from same email address. It seems that the form was filled out earlier by this respondent. 

    I have tested your last edited form and Thank You page was shown without issues:

    If you are sure that email was not used previously, it could be a cache problem, so I have cleared form caches for your account.
