How to enable users to choose their preferred payment method from the form?

At present there are many payment options available.

How to change paypal payment gateway to get the order by email as such that a auto responder email which will be send with all payment methods and links to submit payment and upload payment proof.

I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you mean to send an email to the user who submitted the form with different links to choose the payment method that are available? Unfortunately, it is only possible to choose one payment method per form. This is due to different payment processors user different methods of authentication and have different options. However, if you want to enable your customers to choose one of the payment gateways, you may consider having separate forms integrated with different payment methods and add the links to the forms in the autoresponder. In this case, you might need to pass the information from the original form to the other form by following this guide.

Alternatively, you may also ask the user how they would like to pay on your original form and redirect the form to the respective payment gateway integrated form by using conditions.
