Can I get a running total from my forms?

    Hi.

My client (a New Zealand not-for-profit) receives regular reports through an online form (not jotform) from a group of mentors who spend personal time each month doing activities with needy kids.

The form collects information after each activity, including the number of hours with the child.

Could a jotform be set up so that at the end of the year each mentor's total mentoring hours could be added up / shown automatically?

    Thanks

Unfortunately, it is not possible to automatically perform a calculation inside of the reports. The calculations can be performed only inside of a form.

However, you can filter your submissions for a specific mentor in the specified time frame, download submissions to an Excel file and perform a calculation there.
