How to remove JotForm branding from form?

Also: when accessing the form on-line a banner appears at the foot of the page 'Create your own jotform' - if you select this it takes you to MY jotform account. Don't want my clients accessing this. How to prevent this please?

Please note that to remove JotForm branding, you will have to upgrade your account and then disable "JotForm Branding" from your account setting page. Please check the screenshot below:
