Send the form to respondents and receive an email with submission data

Hello, I'd like to upload my photography contract and be able to email it to people so they can virtually sign it and it can be emailed back to me. Is this a possibility? I have no idea what I'm doing. Thanks

You can email your form to your respondents manually. You just need to know its Form URL — Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL

Or, you can also just share the Form URL via email within the builder page — How-to-Send-a-form-via-email

Then, if you want to receive the submission data on your email every time your form gets successfully submitted, you just need to set up an email notification in your form — Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
