Hi, Jotform. I paid a monthly subscription to accommodate the dirge of forms I had filled. But now that the event is over, I have no use for the monthly fee for now. How may I terminate and return to the basic plan.

You can downgrade in your account page. Go to the Billing tab of your Account page or simply go to https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing. You can downgrade here.
