We dont always receive notification emails

    The emails after submissions are showing in the submissions list, but we dont always receive receive the email.  It is setup correctly because we get about 60% of the submission emails, but not all.

    This may be due to emails being rejected by your email service provider. If emails are not in your spam folder, I can suggest to contact your email service provider and ask them to accept emails from Jotform regardless of the IP Address being used. This is to ensure that all legitimate emails coming from Jotform and AmazonSES (our email service providers) will be recognized and accepted by your email service provider: Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains

    It is also a good idea to add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your contacts list.
