E-Signature and Terms and Conditions Limits

I'm integrating JotForm's E-Signature and Terms & Conditions widgets.

Are these services free and do they have a limit as to how many submissions these widgets can accept?

The JotForm widgets and apps are free on any account packages. You can use them on your form anytime. What you need to consider is that your account limits. You can navigate to the PRICING page to see JotForm plans and limits.
