Which pricing plan do I need if I want to take a payment with every form that's submitted?

I'm expecting to receive over 100 forms per month and would like to take a payment with every for that's submitted.

Which pricing plan do I need?

I also only need the form open for a 5 month window. If I only pay for those five months can I access my data outside that time or do I have to pay all year round to access the form data?

    Many thanks,

    James

If you don't mind missing some payments, you can go with Silver(100 payments/month). Whether to upgrade to Gold(unlimited payments) depends on the amount and number of payments you expect to receive.

The Free tier has a storage limit of 500 submissions. This may cause your submissions to be deleted.

To avoid losing data, you can download all your submissions before downgrading your account: https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF

Thank you for your response. Please could you clarify what is mean by 'missing some payments'?

Does this mean if we reach 100 forms in one month which require payments, no one else will be able to submit a form after that if it requires a payment?

And can we set the payment amount to whatever we choose?

Yes that is correct. Please note that if you reach payment submission limit, we send you a warning email with a time frame when your payment form's will be disabled. If you do not upgrade your account within this time frame, all your payment forms will be disabled and your users will not be able to submit form.

And can we set the payment amount to whatever we choose?

Please note that there is no restriction on the value of the payments. You can set any set any amount in your payment tool.

    Hope this helps.
