Hello, I have created a form which collect sensitive data, but when testing it, I receive the following security warning before I submit. I used encrypted data (don't think this has anything to do with it), but I still receive this warning:
Can you please advise me to what am I doing wrong?

I have tested a cloned version of your form and I can't seem to replicate the issue.
May we know what browser you have used to test your form?
The cause of the security warning could be that you are redirecting your from to your custom Thank you page that is not secure.
Kindly test your form using the Show a Thank you page feature and let us know if the issue still remains.

Hi, I was using Firefox Mozilla, and did not see the issue when using Chrome.
and you are correct - the issue is caused by my thank you page. I have resulted using my own thank you page because for some reason the JotForm Thank you page does not appear after submitting the form. We don't have a secure server on our website, so I cannot show a thank you page on a secure server. Could you please check the reason why the Jotform thank you message does not work?

May we know if you have embedded your form into your web page?
If yes, could you re-embed your form using the Iframe code and let us know if the issue with the thank you page still remains?

Hi There, sorry for late response, I have not been working since last Thursday. Because of the non secure server, we have decided to use a link to the form on your platform, rather than embedding it on our website. I have reverted to use your thank you message on the form, but it doesn't work, and once the form is submitted, there is a blank page with a message to create a new jotform form. Can you please have a look and see why this does not work properly?

I have re-saved the form Thank You Page.
The issue seems to be fixed.
