Registering multiple guest

Hello, I have written before but still am unclear of how to set up the registration form so that I could let them register, pay for and do meal selections for multiple guests?

We would need the name, meal, organization and email (if provided - can be optional) for each guest

We have a few larger events where folks want to sit at the same table/sponsor a table, etc.

    This would be SO helpful.

The quickest way I can think of to set this up would be to add a drop down field to allow users to select how many guests they would like to register:

Then assign each number of guests a cost by assigning them calculation values:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value

Then use a calculation field to get the total:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-Perform-Form-Calculation-Using-a-Widget

And pass that total to your payment field:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-Pass-a-Calculation-to-a-Payment-Field

Once that is set up, add in a new set up fields for each Guest, separated by section collapses:

After the appropriate number of sections are added, conditionally show each section based on the number of Guests selected:

If 2 guests, show guest 1 section and guest 2 section.  If 3 guests, show guest 1 section, guest 2 section and guest 3 section etc.

Here is a form set up already if you'd like to use it as your base and just update it:

Here is how to clone the form to your account:

Thank you for the feedback.  How do I select if each guest pays a different
    price?
For instance, the main guest is a member so they pay $25 and the second guest is
not a remember so they pay $35 and some pay at the door for $XXX

You could either adjust the calculation values for the drop down field:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value

Or adjust the calculation itself.  Or if you are going to have, member, non-member and pay at the door pricing, add one drop down to select how many for each type, then assign a calculation value of 1 to each option.  Then you could total up the number of people, use a different calculation for each type of guest, then total those calculations up in another calculation field.  Lots of different ways to set things up depending on the specifics.

OK, I will attempt but I am not experienced with calculations and tables and
    such.  Wish me luck.
