Good afternoon,
We have realised that our subscription has been automatically renewed even we don't want it. How should we change this preset in order that in the future we can decide if we want to continue with our Jotform subscription?

I have checked your subscription and it seems you may have used PayPal as your payment method.
To cancel your subscription,kindly follow this guide:How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription
After cancelling your subscription in PayPal, please contact us so that we can process the refund.
