IP blocked from sending form submissions

    Hi,
a few days ago i've encountered an issue sending new submissions from my desktop. Since my use case involves manually filling out a few submissions on my own in addition to customer submissions - I believe an automatic countermeasure blocked my IP for a few hours.

Is there a quick solution other than waiting for the block to reset or waiting for support staff to fix it (the hour difference in location means there's scant chance for a quick reply)?

As it is a networked office I can't simply reset the router to get a new IP.

    Thanks.

Do you see any error message when you try to submit form? Please note that there are rate limits on how many submission can be received from and IP address per minute.

I would suggest you to please share the screenshot of the error message which you see and you try to submit form and we will take a look. The following guide should help you how to upload image in forum post:  https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

We will wait for your response.

Thanks, I guess the easiest and most foolproof way to avoid this issue is to be a bit slower on the submit...

Can you please confirm if you are still seeing the rate limit error message?
