Not all of my submissions are coming through

    I have had at least 10 submissions not populated on my spread sheet.  The person submitting received an email from Jotform saying it was received.  Ihave no way of knowing until I hear from the person.

    To clarify, your submissions are not pushing into your Google Sheet?

    May we know the form in question?

    Can you please give us a sample email address of a user but with with missing submission?

    Yes, they are submitting the form, receive an email from Jotform showing they received their submission, but it is not posting to my Google spread sheet. It is not all of them, but I have no way of knowing (until they show me) who I am not receiving.

    Have you tried re-integrating Google Spreadsheet to your form?

    Can you please provide an example of a submission that was missing in Google Sheets?

    Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.
