We do not receive Notification emails

    Wenn ich das Formular ausfülle, wird zwar eine Spalte in der Google Tabelle erstellt, aber ich bekomme keine Email an die angegebene Emailadresse.

    You can check email history for your account as described at this guide to check if emails were sent: How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History

    Have you checked the spam folder? If emails are not there, I can suggest to contact your email service provider and ask them to accept emails from Jotform regardless of the IP Address being used. This is to ensure that all legitimate emails coming from Jotform and AmazonSES (our email service providers) will be recognized and accepted by your email service provider. 

    It is also a good idea to add noreply@jotform.com to your contacts list.
