HTML titles for webpage

Hello, I created a few forms that are similar but have different uses. One of the forms has an HTML title for the webpage that I did not create and I am wondering how I can change this????

It is titled as EWO when I am in the edit function, but when my team opens it in the web browser it is titled as 'Call center Communication'.

"Call Center Communication" is a Page Title for the form in question. If you want to change it, please refer to the next guide: How-to-Change-the-Page-Title-of-the-Form
